Most builds complete in up to one week (assembly, regulation, run-in, final QC). Shipping time is additional.
You can cancel or edit within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, parts are allocated and work begins—changes aren’t guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Unworn, non-custom pieces: 14-day returns from delivery for US orders, 7 days for international orders (keep all films/packaging). Custom-spec builds: exchanges/adjustments per policy; a restocking fee may apply.
12-month warranty on movement and assembly (excludes accidental damage, wear and tear, open-crown water ingress, or unauthorized work).
Email support with your order number, a brief description, and photos/video. We’ll troubleshoot and issue an RMA if needed.

Yes—customization is our specialty. We’ll help you choose dials/indices, handsets, bezel inserts (e.g., ceramic, 24-hour, tachy), and bracelets (Oyster/Jubilee/President-style).
Sapphire crystal (AR coated), 316L or 904L stainless steel, and ceramic inserts on select models.
