SEIKOYACHT
For those navigating the open seas, maintaining the right course is a constant test. Against unpredictable elements, every second demands precision and quick response. Since its debut, the SeikoYacht has featured a bidirectional rotating bezel, allowing effortless calculation and reading of navigational time. Seamlessly blending functionality with nautical elegance, it has earned its place as a symbol of adventure — both on the water and beyond.

bidirectional bezel
The bidirectional bezel, distinguished by its raised 60-minute graduations, stands as a defining feature of the SeikoYacht. Meticulously crafted in premium materials such as high-grade stainless steel, gold, or fitted with a black ceramic bezel insert, it embodies both durability and elegance. This element not only enhances functionality for precise time tracking but also defines the watch’s unmistakable character and refined nautical identity.

OYSTER SILICONE
Combining the strength of metal with the comfort and flexibility of high-performance elastomer, this bracelet is engineered for endurance and precision. Each section features curved metal blades overmoulded with premium black silicone, ensuring resilience against external conditions while remaining lightweight and comfortable on the wrist

Chromalight display
The Chromalight-inspired display ensures exceptional readability in any lighting condition. Expertly applied luminescent material covers the hands and large hour markers, designed in clear geometric shapes — triangles, circles, and rectangles — for instant recognition. Radiant white under daylight, the markers emit a vivid blue glow in the dark, providing superior legibility and a striking visual contrast that enhances both functionality and style. This luminous technology reflects the watch’s commitment to precision, performance, and elegance, day or night.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most builds use the Seiko NH35 automatic (date, hacking, hand-winding. No-date versions can use NH35A configured no-date (ghost date feel possible) or NH38 if specified. GMT variants may use NH34.
Both work. Oyster-style bracelets give a refined sport feel; FKM silicone straps (Oysterflex-style) emphasize the nautical, deck-ready character and wear super comfortably in heat or water.
Most SeikoYacht builds land around 40 mm diameter, ~12–13 mm thick (crystal-dependent), ~47–48 mm lug-to-lug, with 20 mm lugs. Balanced, wrist-friendly, not top-heavy
SeikoYacht builds feature a bi-directional 60-minute bezel (quick timing in either direction) with a matte or sandblasted “platinum-style” insert and raised numerals. The look is more nautical/sport-chic than pure dive tool. SeikoSub mods typically use a unidirectional bezel and a more utilitarian dive aesthetic.
Options include matte/sandblasted “platinum-style” inserts with raised numerals, ceramic grey/black, or brushed steel—all chosen to echo the SeikoYacht look while keeping daily durability.
Your choice: display (crystal) to view the movement, or closed steel for a classic tool-watch look.
Avoid quick-setting between 8 PM and 4 AM. Set the time to ~6:30, quick-set the date, then set the correct time.
